I have been keeping up with menu planning, mostly, but not writing about it here. I haven't managed to continue making breakfast for the week on the weekend, but I'm hoping I can get back to that soon. Right now, the current set up is that we cook dinner, and my Mom is bringing an appetizer or salad every day. So, here's what we are eating this week, minus Saturday, because I'm not sure if we are doing anything in the evening then.
Sunday: Walker created a delicious shrimp pesto pasta
Monday: Roast, potatoes, and salad
Tuesday: Sesame ginger chicken
Wednesday: Black bean soup
Thursday: Tuna and rice casserole
Friday: Baked beans
