It is good when everything comes in under budget.
It is bad when that's still not enough to break even.

I can't find an article about this, but here's the short version:
This morning, in the local news hourly spot on KUOW, there was a story about a teen who had drawn some anti Bush/war in Iraq pictures for his high scool art exhibition.
His teacher called the police, who called the Secret Service, who are "taking action". But they won't say what the action is.
This is so not good.

My mommy loves me!
Mom decided to give me my birthday present early, so that I can make a cake for the family going away party.
I think we are going to fill it with whipped cream and fruit.
And now I can make that baseball cake I've always dreamed of.

How interesting

The hummingbird, well known as a sipper of nectar, is also a hunter of insects, which supply it with the essential proteins it needs for survival. Unfortunately its long beak, well adapted for extracting nectar from flowers is not a great tool for catching bugs. Dr. Margaret Rubega, a professor in the Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at the University of Connecticut, has found that the hummingbird offsets the problem of its beak by bending its jaw open and beak downward to enlarge its mouth, presumaby to make insect capture easier
